Jillian Noel Shennessy was born on November 25, 1968 in Canada, is a Canadian actor and singer who was honored for her outstanding contributions to American television. Her work has received praise for her outstanding performance on the American TV show Law & Order in which she played Claire Kincaid as a prosecutor for three seasons. She also appeared on Crossing Jordan, wherein she was Jordan Cavanaugh the main character over a period of six years. Hennessy also showed off her acting skills in films such as RoboCop 3 Most Wanted, Chutney Popcorn, and The Acting Class. In addition, she wrote and directed these films. Hennessy kickstarted her acting career along with her sister in 1988 as the twins of callgirls on Dead Ringers. The actress briefly appeared in Buddy the Musical - The Buddy Holly Story at Broadway in the year 1990. In 1993, she left the realm of musicals, and into the genre of sci-fi as the character Dr. Marie Lazarus. In the following year she made her most famous break when she was cast in NBC's smash show Law & Order to play assistant district attorneys Claire Kincaid. Her three-season stint in the part was an instant hit with audiences. In 1996, she left the show. Mary Louise Parker.......................Mary-Louise Parker (born August 2 1964, height 5' 7 1/2" (1,71 m)) is an American actress best known for her current lead role on Showtime's television series Weeds portraying Nancy Botwin for which she has received several nominations and the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in 2006. Parker is known for her roles in films or series, as well as TV shows like RED Fried Green Tomatoes Boys by the Side and The West Wing Angels of America. She received a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress as well as an Emmy Award. Parker was awarded the Tony Award 2001 for Best Actress in the Broadway Show Proof.
